Motorcycle kickstand impales rider’s leg in SD crash

One person in Otay Mesa suffered a severe leg injury after he was involved in an accident on his motorcycle, a September 7 article of the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

Information coming from Officer Frank Cali revealed the accident happened in the vicinity of Howard Avenue and Iris Avenue. The motorcyclist, only identified as a 29-year-old male, reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and struck two stopped vehicles on Howard. The man was transported to the hospital with the kickstand of his motorcycle pierced through his leg. The drivers of the two other vehicles were not hurt in the incident.
